With 61% of all students expected to start a small business right out of high school, the chances of someone you know becoming a teenpreneur is higher than ever. Statistics and studies are filled with proof that entrepreneurship in students is on the rise, which makes our purpose here at Speak Loud Incorporated more clear than ever.
Our goal through all of our partnerships, collaborations, and campaigns gears children and teens alike, to “Speak Loud!” We desire for every child to have the urgency to not only aim for their dreams, but to speak them into existence through action, planning, and execution. The objective for us to be a source of motivation, knowledge, and education for them.
In celebrating teen entrepreneurship, we knew there would no better opportunity to do so than through our partnership with the Women Empower Expo in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The expo, which will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018, from 10 am to 5 pm at the Broward Convention Center. This event is expected to host 3000 women and aims to bring together consumers, businesses, and organizations that empower women through their products and/or services.
Prior, during, and after this expo we will be helping these teen entrepreneurs to polish their business plans and perfect how they pitch their services, and innovations to the expo attendees.
HOW YOUR DONATIONS WILL HELP US CARRY OUT OUR CAUSE:
To reach our goal of $4,500 to cover booths and swag bags, we need 30 individuals (or organizations) to donate a minimum of $150. By donating to our teen entrepreneur expo you will be helping 10 teenpreneurs to showcase their business to over 3000 people, and gain seed money for their business and also get a head start on their public speaking career.
